About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operator PIB/PEB Ekspor Impor to join our dynamic team at PT CAHAYA LAMBANG LOGISTIK. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing import and export declarations, ensuring seamless logistics operations across our Kelapa Gading Jakarta Raya location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and submitting import and export declarations (PIB/PEB) in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Liaising with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  3. Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the smooth flow of goods across borders
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to import and export activities
  5. Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the clearance process
  6. Providing regular updates and reports to management on the status of import and export activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the shipping/logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of import and export documentation requirements, customs regulations, and clearance procedures
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for import/export data management
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
