We are International Freight Forwarding Company specialized in Oil and Gas and Mining Industry, invites applications for the following position:

Position: DRAFTER PIB & PEB

Location in Rawabokor – Tangerang Kota

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Understand Export – Import Regulation.
  • Understand PIB/PEB Ceisa 4.0.
  • Able to Identify HS Code of goods.
  • Have analytical skills, Problem solving, Creative thinking.
  • Monitoring status PIB/PEB, SPTNP, DNP, SPSA.
  • Monitoring shipment needs after SPPB (Notul, NPD etc).
  • Responsibility to ensure every Operational activity will run smoothly related with land transport & speedboat request.
  • Responsibility to follow up instruction form Internal.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum D3 or S1 Logistics, Transport or other relevant major.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the past.
  • Able to make PIB drafts simply.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
  • Honest, disciplined, proficient in communication, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
