About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Operation (Ecommerce) to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing store operations and campaigns in leading online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TiktokShop, Lazada), especially within the FMCG category.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, executing impactful campaigns, and achieving strong performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across major e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce campaigns, ensuring timely coordination and target achievement.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet for actionable insights.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, stock availability, and order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.
  • Continuously optimize processes to improve sales conversion and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MUST HAVE 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG products.
  • Proven track record of handling campaigns with GMV above IDR 5 billion per campaign.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
