Job Description:

  • Creating designs for product displays, shelves, tables, and gondolas across all store areas.
  • Planning and executing the arrangement of product displays throughout the store, including shelves, tables, and gondolas, to ensure optimal product visibility.
  • Creating and installing Point of Purchase (POP) materials, signage, and seasonal or thematic decorations as required by campaigns.
  • Determining special layouts for each campaign, such as setting up New Arrival corners or Best Seller corners, so that featured products are easily found.
  • Ensuring all product displays in the store align with brand guidelines and are consistently visually appealing, with the primary output being a product display that is quickly noticed and purchased by consumers (sales-driven).

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Advertising Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in POSM (Point of Sale Material) management, visual merchandising, or marketing support.
  • Having experience in the beauty industry is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in operating various editing tools (Ps, Ai, etc.) effectively.
  • Experienced in coordinating with factories or vendors; knowledge of printing or material production processes is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of aesthetics.
