Responsibilities:

  • Over final stages of PLTS project construction and commissioning, with periodic visits as required.

  • Schedule routine maintenance for PLTS (Preventive Maintenance).

  • Schedule non-routine maintenance for PLTS (Corrective Maintenance).

  • Coordinate with O&M contractors for routine inspections and maintenance tasks.

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for Solar Power Plants (PLTS).

  • Experience for PLTS systems for Troubleshooting related to electrical, hardware, software failures.

  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential failures or downtime.

  • Implement condition monitoring techniques like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.

  • Through understanding of warranty procedures for major equipment (panels, inverters, electrical equipment).

  • Experience with Inverter software to pull data for monthly billing.

  • Maintain warehousing stocks at client location, EPC warehouse and company warehouse.

  • Prepare, update and maintain standard operating procedures and maintenance plans.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for PLTS.

  • Create reports for corrective maintenance tasks.

  • Monitor and analyze data from sensors and systems to predict potential issues and trends.

  • Manage insurance procurement for assets during operation and maintenance periods.

  • Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical panels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

  • Supervise fieldwork teams during maintenance and inspection activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations of PLTS, battery systems.

  • Coordinate with operator teams for preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.

  • Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices in reliability engineering and asset management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Physics Engineering or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on PV system operations and maintenance

  • Thorough understanding of PV system components, performance monitoring, and fault diagnosis

  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools for asset management

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
