Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee the company's inventory and asset operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, efficient asset management, and smooth coordination between commercial, warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or asset management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., Odoo or similar).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
  • Integrity, accountability, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, record, and control all inventory movements (incoming, outgoing, and stock adjustments).
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy between physical stock and system records.
  • Manage fixed assets — including tagging, tracking, maintenance scheduling, and disposal documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
  • Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support operational needs.
  • Prepare monthly reports on inventory valuation, stock turnover, and asset utilization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the dental, medical, or distribution industry is an advantage.
