Job Description:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, system and procedures to maximize the value and utilization of the company's assets
  • Conduct routine all system, equipment & asset inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and replacement requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records & database, including acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history
  • Manage equipment, supplies, and asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for
  • Coordinates the day-to-day organization, staffing (technician), and operational activities for maintenance programs including construction, maintenance, repair and operation of facilities.
  • Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, process work assignments and follow up with appropriate department to confirm completion
  • Follow up Mi-Asset System's (internal system) still always updated
  • Develop and implement asset maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and report on asset performance and utilization
  • Develop and manage budgets for each asset, ensuring expenses are in line with budgeted amounts
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient management of assets
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management summarizing asset performance and outlining recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
  • 5+ years experiences in asset & facility management and maintenance
  • Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Detail, persistence, and well organized
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills required
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
