About the Role

PT TUV NORD Indonesia is seeking a qualified and experienced
Asset Management Auditor
to join our System Certification Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, assessments, and evaluations based on
ISO Asset Management Systems)
and supporting clients in improving the effectiveness of their asset management frameworks.

This role requires a solid understanding of asset lifecycle management, organizational performance, and system implementation, along with relevant audit experience under internationally recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conduct, and report audits in accordance with
    ISO 55001
    and
    ISO 9001
    standards.
  • Assess the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of clients' asset management systems.
  • Evaluate organizational processes related to asset lifecycle, financial controls, and performance optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support clients in aligning asset management practices with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical reviewers and certification managers to ensure high-quality audit delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asset management principles, risk-based thinking, and system certification practices.
  • Deliver training or awareness sessions related to ISO 55001 when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Management, or related fields (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
  • Minimum
    4 years of professional experience
    in
    Asset Management, General Affairs, Facilities Management, or related fields
    .
  • Certified
    Lead Auditor
    for
    ISO 55001
    and
    ISO 9001
    , accredited by
    IRCA or PECB
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
    .
  • High attention to detail and ability to assess both technical and managerial aspects of asset management.
  • Willingness to travel for audit assignments across Indonesia.
