About the Role

PT TUV NORD Indonesia is seeking a qualified
Integrated Management System (IMS) Lead Auditor
with specialization in
Waste Management Systems
under
ISO Environmental Management System)
. This role focuses on conducting environmental and waste management audits, ensuring compliance with national and international environmental standards, and supporting clients in improving their sustainability performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental management, manufacturing, or sustainability, with proven expertise in auditing environmental and waste management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits and assessments based on
    ISO 14001
    and other relevant environmental management standards.
  • Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of waste management systems within client organizations.
  • Assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and sustainability requirements related to waste handling, reduction, and disposal.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed audit reports highlighting findings, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
  • Support clients in understanding ISO 14001 requirements and integrating waste management into their business operations.
  • Provide environmental training and awareness sessions related to ISO 14001 and waste management practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality of audit delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Certified
    Lead Auditor
    for
    ISO 14001
    (IRCA or PECB accredited).
  • Preferably holds additional Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001.
  • Minimum
    4 years of experience
    in environmental management, waste management, or sustainability (preferably in manufacturing or consulting sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of waste management regulations, sustainability frameworks, and environmental best practices.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    .
  • Skilled in conducting
    training and environmental awareness sessions
    .
  • Willing to travel for audit assignments across Indonesia.
