Kualifikasi – ITFC Asset (Banking Industry)
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau terkait.
  • Pengalaman 1–3 tahun dalam IT Asset Management, IT Inventory, atau IT Support (lebih disukai yang pernah di industri perbankan).
  • Memahami proses end-to-end asset lifecycle: procurement, receiving, deployment, BAU, stock opname, hingga disposal.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan sistem IT Asset Management & mengoperasikan upload bulk data.
  • Menguasai Excel tingkat menengah–lanjutan (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot, data clean-up).
  • Teliti, rapi dalam dokumentasi, dan terbiasa bekerja berdasarkan SOP dengan aspek audit & compliance perbankan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & koordinasi yang baik dengan tim internal, user, dan vendor.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan SLA, multitasking, dan monitoring tiket helpdesk.
  • Memahami dasar budgeting IT menjadi nilai tambah (budget tracking, cost allocation).
Job Description
  • Mengelola keluar–masuk aset TI di gudang, termasuk pencatatan, pengecekan kondisi, dan distribusi aset.
  • Melakukan verifikasi serta upload bulk data IT Asset ke dalam sistem IT Asset Management.
  • Menyediakan dan memastikan kesiapan IT Asset Database untuk kebutuhan perhitungan budgeting & cost allocation.
  • Melakukan update, monitoring, dan rekonsiliasi penggunaan budget terkait pengadaan dan lifecycle aset TI.
  • Melakukan monitoring tiket helpdesk yang berkaitan dengan aset TI serta memastikan penyelesaian sesuai SLA.
  • Menangani dan follow-up BAU IT Asset: request hardware, troubleshooting awal, dan koordinasi dengan tim terkait/vendor.
  • Melakukan follow-up serta tindak lanjut hasil stock opname aset TI, termasuk penyesuaian data dan investigasi selisih.
  • Memahami serta mendukung proses lelang & disposal aset TI sesuai kebijakan dan regulasi perbankan (audit, compliance, SOP TI).
