Req :

  1. Bachelor's degree majoring in engineering.
  2. Knowledge of asset management tools and techniques; Electrical, Mechanical and able to read.Electrical Diagram; and having knowledge of Telco/Data center Equipments will be advantages.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills and report writing experience.
  4. Proven ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
  5. Proficient in drawing by using Autocad & Visio,
  6. Proficient in working by using Microsoft Office suite especially in Excel;
  7. Experience in Telco/Data center Operations.
  8. Completion of formal asset management training would be an advantage, (i.e. PMP designation,

IAM Certification, OACETT certification).

  1. Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Able to work under pressure
  4. Willingness to have long traveling as most of the sites are outside Jakarta
  5. Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting;
  6. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines;
  7. Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time;

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Assets Audit on site

  1. Reconcile assets as per Assets Transfer Agreement ("ATA") with physical assets on site;

  2. Prepare the asset naming convention including the footprints for empty space;

  3. Update listing based on audit result and send across to Central IT to generate barcode;

  4. Print the barcode and tag the asset.

B. Systems, Procedures and Monitoring

  1. Input all technical data and information in the listing in point A above and send across to Central IT

to be uploaded in 360View;

  1. Reconcile listing assets with data in 360View, the difference should be only small assets which are

not uploaded into 360View
