Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Digital Product Manager. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products, formulating and executing digital strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects, and monitoring product performance. The role involves meeting project goals, delivering innovative digital solutions, and supporting organizational objectives through strategic product decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor metrics, and make informed product decisions.
  • Experience at least 3 years in Product Management, with the ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Project Management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Understanding of Digital Strategy, including the ability to conceptualize and execute online and technology-driven solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in the financial sector or digital platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
