Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of Dwidaya's digital platforms. Responsible for defining product vision, translating business requirements into actionable features, and ensuring on-time delivery through agile development practices.

Key Responsibilites :

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with corporate goals (Corporate Sales, Retail, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives supporting automation, omni-channel customer experience, and scalable business operations.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead requirement discovery sessions with business units and translate insights into user stories, UX flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as primary liaison between business, development teams, UI/UX, QA, and external vendors.

Execution & Delivery

  • Prioritize product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and technical dependencies.
  • Oversee sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Own end-to-end delivery including UAT, training, rollouts, and post-launch optimization.

Product Quality & Performance

  • Monitor product KPIs: adoption, SLAs, conversion, productivity, error rates.
  • Continuously improve features through A/B testing, analytics, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking.

Technology & Integration

  • Work closely with IT Engineering on APIs and system integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Education background minimum S1
  • Minimum 4 years experience as IT Project Manager/IT Product Manager
  • Having Product Management certification is a plus point
