5 tugas inti yang paling penting dan langsung to the point:

  1. Mengatur reservasi & koordinasi check-in/check-out setiap hari.
  2. Menangani komunikasi tamu secara cepat, profesional, dan dalam Bahasa Inggris dasar.
  3. Problem-solving real time untuk keluhan, akses, dan kebutuhan tamu di lokasi.
  4. Menjaga kualitas & kesiapan unit melalui inspeksi rutin dan koordinasi housekeeping/teknisi.
  5. Berkoordinasi dengan building management terkait aturan, fasilitas, dan keamanan.
