About the role

As our Senior Product Group Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our product portfolio at PT SIANTAR TOP, Tbk' in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, positioning, and performance of our key product lines, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with the company's overall objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies to enhance the market position and profitability of our product groups
  2. Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights that inform product development and marketing decisions
  3. Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and R&D teams to align product roadmaps and ensure seamless go-to-market execution
  4. Optimising the product mix and pricing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
  5. Monitoring product performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement or new product introductions
  6. Providing strategic leadership and direction to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving successful product development and launches
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights
  3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering; advanced degree preferred
  6. Having background from Food Industry
  7. Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java
