We're Hiring: Community Manager (Full-Time, Based in Bali)

Join our team of passionate gamers and help shape the voice of our growing community. We are looking for a full-time Community Manager to manage our presence across Reddit, Facebook, and Discord.

This is a semi-remote position, but you must be based in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our Reddit presence, including posting content and engaging with users
  • Create and manage engaging content for Facebook and Discord (such as giveaways)
  • Monitor community discussions and respond to feedback and questions
  • Collaborate with the team to support product launches, announcements, and campaigns
  • Report on community insights and suggest improvements to boost engagement
Requirements
  • Based in Bali (semi-remote with weekly team meetups)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager
  • Passionate about gaming and familiar with gaming culture
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing Discord servers
  • Familiarity with content planning tools (Notion)
