We are looking for a Treasury Head to lead and oversee Garudafood's treasury operations. This role ensures effective cash management, financial control, and compliance with banking requirements to support the company's operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Job Description:

  • Ensure all bank reconciliations are completed accurately and on time, with proper follow-up on outstanding transactions.
  • Oversee and control all financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Marketing Communication (Markom), and Treasury-related activities.
  • Review and approve treasury and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal control and company policy.
  • Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for supplier payments, payroll, and operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with bank covenants and financial ratios, maintaining alignment with banking and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and validate employee expense reimbursements and cash advances, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.
  • Identify, improve, and streamline financial processes and workflows to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support funding and treasury initiatives.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the treasury team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in finance and treasury management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong financial analysis capability and solid understanding of cash flow management, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting term sheets, banking agreements, and financial covenants (including LTM ratio analysis).
  • Proven ability to negotiate with banks and manage relationships with financial institutions.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High integrity, responsibility, and accuracy in managing company cash and financial transactions.
