Job Description Summary :

Managing the Treasury Operations for Singapore and Indonesia.  The role, leading a team of two treasury assistants, focus on cash management, managing of banks and BI relationship and treasury process improvement.

Job Description :

Cash Management

  • Support loan management, fixed deposit placements, foreign exchange deals etc
  • Perform weekly cashflow forecasting of revenue, expenses and CAPEX.  And to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet all payment obligations.
  • Support any other treasury operations matters as and when required.
  • Generate weekly treasury/liquidity reports to management.
  • Support the maintenance of Treasury databases.
  • Support the management of electronic banking access, and host-to-host connectivity with the banks.
  • Support Singapore office on the preparation of Letter of credit for customers.
  • Support all collection and payment matters for Singapore and Indonesia.

Month end closing

  • Lead the reconciliation of all banks and report to Singapore HQ.

BI Reporting & KYC Requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks including Bank Indonesia, acting as the primary point of contact with external banking counterparts.
  • Support bank documentation, bank mandates, Know-Your-Client -related matters etc with banks.
  • Support the reporting requirement in SIMODIS and new regulation on export proceeds and import payments.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business/Economics, ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Treasury or in related Finance management capacity
  • Familiar with the Indonesia Banking Regulation
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, good business acumen to maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to see and identify issues and be resourceful in finding solutions.
  • Accountable, willing to take ownership of tasks and follow up on deliverables.
  • Good project management skill
  • Good team player and independent
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Experience with SAP ERP system and advanced skills in application programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite)
  • Having experience in letter of credit
  • Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
