Role Description

You'll play a key role in delivering financial advisory and consulting projects for our clients — from research and strategy design to execution and reporting. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, project coordination, and financial understanding. You'll be the bridge between client needs and real, measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple client projects, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within agreed scope.
  2. Conduct financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
  3. Prepare proposals, work plans, and client reports that translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  5. Lead execution activities such as data gathering, benchmarking, and structured reporting.
  6. Support leadership in identifying new opportunities, proposals, and client engagement strategies.

  1. Has strong analytical and financial skills, comfortable working with numbers and models.
  2. Understands business fundamentals, especially in investment, budgeting, and growth planning.
  3. Is hands-on and execution-oriented — not just managing, but actually doing the work.
  4. Communicates clearly and confidently with clients, founders, and partners.
  5. Can handle multiple priorities and still deliver quality work with attention to detail.

Preferred Background

  1. 2–3 years experience in business consulting, financial advisory, or investment-related projects.
  2. Solid understanding of financial modeling, business research, and reporting frameworks.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
  4. Strong presentation and writing skills (both English and Bahasa).
  5. Experience working with startups, SMEs, or consulting firms is a strong plus.

Salary range: around Rp7,500,000 net/month
