Head of Advisory Consulting

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, digital transformation, or data-driven environments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional consulting engagements.
- Experience working with enterprise and C-level stakeholders; global experience is a plus.
- Ability to set clear direction, prioritize effectively, and provide structure in ambiguous situations.
- Strong decision-making capability with limited information.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to craft business roadmaps across tech, data, and advisory domains.
- Strong experience in pitching, proposal development, value proposition framing, and closing deals.
- Proven commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, procurement navigation, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and shape solutions that drive revenue and ROI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for C-level conversations.
- Ability to quickly build trust, credibility, and executive presence with enterprise clients.
- Experience managing long-term client relationships and renewals.
- Understanding of cloud data warehousing (BigQuery), GA4–GCP integrations, and machine learning applications in marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (GA4, CM360, DV360) is highly valued.
- Comfort translating technical architectures into business value.
- Awareness of data privacy regulations and Consent Mode best practices.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Tableau) and project management tools.
- Ability to compare and evaluate product/platform options (e.g., GA4 vs Amplitude) from a business impact perspective.
- Awareness of industry trends, digital transformation practices, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic consulting frameworks that directly address client business challenges.
- Translate client goals and pain points into actionable strategic requirements for internal teams.
- Ensure proposed solutions (GA4 implementation, GCP data pipelines, analytics frameworks, AI/data initiatives) are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and thought leadership to support clients' digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Conduct sense-checks on project scopes to ensure feasibility, alignment, and quality of deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for C-level executives.
- Maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and handle escalations with professionalism.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality consulting services that drive measurable business impact.
- Communicate complex solutions and architectures in clear, business-oriented language.
- Lead end-to-end pitching, proposal development, and opportunity qualification for new business.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by spotting strategic gaps and growth areas.
- Support client renewals, executive communication, and long-term partnership development.
- Drive post-POC commercialization, including pilot success tracking and expansion planning.
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Manage pricing strategy, contract terms, and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure accuracy of commercial proposals and contract compliance.
- Shape commercial models that articulate value, ROI, and business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor consulting teams, project managers, analysts, and technical specialists.
- Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture even in high-pressure environments.
- Provide clear guidance, decision-making support, and structure for cross-functional technical teams.
- Bridge communication between data engineers/scientists and business development leaders to ensure alignment.
- Assess client data maturity and develop roadmaps from descriptive to predictive/prescriptive analytics.
- Translate complex GA4/GCP/analytics architectures into clear business propositions for executive audiences.
- Lead multi-domain solutioning across data, cloud, AI, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Guide clients on privacy-first strategy, including Consent Mode, data governance, and PII handling.
- Oversee project reporting, delivery quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure consulting outputs meet internal standards and drive strategic value.
- Evaluate the business impact of implemented solutions and define success metrics (ROI, revenue uplift, operational efficiencies).
- Continuously optimize project approaches based on outcomes and client feedback.
