About the Role:

We're seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to support our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Support recruitment efforts including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, policies, and benefits enrollment
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
  • Help organize training sessions, team events, and HR initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office or HRIS software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
