About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Tax Specialist
to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end tax compliance, from preparing and filing monthly tax obligations to supporting audits and ensuring adherence to the latest Indonesian tax regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong integrity, and is committed to accuracy and compliance while continuously seeking process improvements.

Job Description

  • Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly tax obligations (PPh 21,PPh22, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPh Badan, PPN).
  • Ensure timely e-filing and e-bupot submission through DJP Online.
  • Input and validate tax invoices (Faktur Pajak Masukan & Keluaran).
  • Reconcile tax reports with General Ledger and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records for audit purposes.
  • Handle tax payments and monitor tax deposit deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal teams (procurement, HR, legal) to collect complete and accurate data.
  • Support external and internal tax audit processes (preparation and clarification).
  • Assist in updating internal tax SOPs and provide suggestions for process improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Indonesian tax regulations and policies.
  • Manage import transactions and ensure compliance with related documentation.
  • Use Coretax and other relevant tax systems effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operational tax handling (PPN, PPh) in FMCG Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (UU HPP, PMK, Perdirjen).
  • Proficient in
    e-faktur, e-bupot, e-filing, and DJP Online
    .
  • Experience with tax software or accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, Jurnal).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reconciliation and data tabulation.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to compliance.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
