About the Role

World White Enterprise is a multi-brand group overseeing several fashion & lifestyle brands (Heymale, Heylocal, Preppstudio, Zomabasic, Shuwa, Boonaboo, and others). We are looking for an
Accounting & Tax Lead

who will manage end-to-end accounting and tax operations across all entities within the group.

This is a strategic role — you will ensure accuracy of financial reporting, manage multi-entity consolidations, and maintain clean, timely, and scalable tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Group Accounting & Reporting

  • Lead the
    monthly closing process

for all group entities.
- Manage
consolidated financial statements

for multi-brand & multi-entity operations.
- Prepare
management reports

, variance analysis, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain accounting SOPs and ensure consistent implementation across all brands.

2. Tax Compliance & Control

  • Oversee
    monthly and annual tax filings

(VAT, Withholding Taxes, Corporate Income Tax).
- Review tax reconciliations and ensure accurate calculations.
- Provide tax advisory for operational transactions and inter-company activities.
- Ensure all tax processes are well-documented and delivered on-time.

3. Process Improvement & Internal Control

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in accounting & tax workflows.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure proper documentation.
  • Work closely with Finance Strategy & Operations to support group-level financial governance.

4. Team Leadership

  • Guide accounting & tax team members across brands.
  • Manage workload, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    Accounting/Tax

, preferably with exposure to multi-entity or group structures.
- Educational background in
Accounting/Finance

.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), Indonesian taxation, and financial consolidation.
- Familiar with CoreTax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-Billing, and the overall Indonesian digital tax ecosystem.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong in problem-solving.
- Experience leading a small team is a plus.
