- Minimum S1 Degree from reputable university.
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Have experience in Property / Retail industry will be advantage.
- Able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition & workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Proficient in performance management methodologies, including KPIs to enhance employee performance.
- Able to enforce discipline and compliance to maintain workforce efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits structures and other strategic to attract and retain top talent.
- Experienced in designing and delivering training programs that enhance soft skills and hard skill.
- Able to lead and oversee General Affairs functions, ensuring office operations, company assets, and facility management run smoothly.
- Able to manage teams, handle on-the-ground HR issues quickly, and support leaders with real-time HR solutions.
