detikcom is looking for a
Budget Planner
for our Government & Event division who is an experienced professional to manage and strategize our event budgeting and planning. If you thrive on optimizing resources and ensuring financial clarity, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Development:
    Taking the lead in
    developing and meticulously structuring comprehensive budget plans
    for all upcoming events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Acting as the key liaison and actively
    coordinating with the Event, Procurement, and Finance teams
    to align on budget utilization, spending limits, and internal processes.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    Defining and communicating the required
    report formats and financial compliance needs
    for internal teams and external clients, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field such as
    Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics,
    or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of
    3 years
    of professional experience in a strategic role, specifically focusing on
    Marketing, Budgeting, and/or Financial Planning.
  • Expert proficiency
    in using
    MS Excel / Google Sheets
    for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc., is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of core principles in
    budgeting, financial forecasting,
    and
    cost control/budget monitoring
    to ensure fiscal responsibility and success.
