The ideal candidate must be a customer-oriented person. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, and excellent client service to ensure successful marketing outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Liquid accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare and manage successful kick-off and delivery of online campaigns, making sure that client needs are met and questions answered in a timely manner
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
  • Work closely and collaboratively with creative teams, digital strategists, and content teams to ensure work is progressed through the delivery process and completed on time and on budget
  • Lead the pitching process including preparing the winning deck.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2years+ agency experience in Account Management, Digital Media Planner, Digital Marketing, Campaign Planning, or Campaign Management position
  • Experience in working with various industries: FMCG, Beauty, Tech, and Finance preferred
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, etc),
  • Highly organized, good time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, strong motivation to learn new skills, and ability to think independently
