About the role:

Coding Bee Academy is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. As a Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our innovative educational technology solutions. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic objectives while leveraging your exceptional sales and communication skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take an active role in promoting and selling our educational programs and services.
  • Generate and identify leads through various channels and strategies.
  • Conduct consultations to students and parents also presenting our programs in a compelling manner.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with all students and parents to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns that align with the customer's needs.
  • Work towards meeting the set sales targets.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in the Hokkien language, in addition to fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with educational and CRM products or services is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
  • Ready to undertake business trips to meet clients and participate in company exhibition.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
