Based in Jakarta and reporting to our Digital Sales Transformation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to make strategic decisions. From building robust forecasts to designing Power BI dashboards and streamlining reporting processes, your work will directly influence how we grow and win in the market. You'll collaborate with our global and regional teams, commercial leaders, and external partners to ensure our sales data is accurate, actionable, and aligned with our business goals. Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual forecasts and market share projections
• Build, automate and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting systems
• Ensure data accuracy across SAP, DIS, and PBI platforms
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
• Mentor and develop a team of Sales Analysts
• Drive reporting process improvements and sales process optimization

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum 8 years in sales business analytics or related roles
• At least 2 years in a managerial position
• Experienced in automation of reports
• Strong business acumen and technical proficiency in analytics tools
• Experience in FMCG sales is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
