We're looking for a Business Development professional to help expand our store presence and build strategic partnerships with malls across Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

  • Communicate and build strong relationships with mall representatives, especially leasing teams.
  • Lead new store expansion in malls and stand-alone locations.
  • Monitor lease periods and manage lease renewals.
  • Handle lease-related administrative tasks such as LOI, LOO, PSM, addendums, and more.
  • Possess strong and broad networks with malls throughout Indonesia.
  • Analyze potential locations by assessing traffic count, sales forecasts, and payback period calculations.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 7 years of experience in Business Development / Leasing / Expansion.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, especially in administrative and lease documentation.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willing to travel for business when needed.
