Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop growth strategies, build relationships with clients, and negotiate business deals. They will actively conduct market research, oversee the implementation of strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and achieve revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, strategic planning, and business analysis
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of tax, legal, HR services, or trading industries is beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
