Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, developing growth strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing sales pipelines. The role also requires conducting market research, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

- Experience in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Opportunity Identification
- Proven Sales Pipeline Management and B2B Sales skills
- Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal Relations, and Client-Focused Solutions
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address business challenges
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of effectively working in hybrid environments
- Background in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
