Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Performance Strategist based in West Jakarta. The role involves managing and optimizing online sales performance, developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies, and analyzing data to improve key performance metrics. The strategist will also oversee digital campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify growth opportunities across different platforms to increase visibility and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop e-commerce strategy development, sales performance analysis, and digital marketing.
  • Own performance across
    ads, affiliate, and live commerce
  • Manage & optimize Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok & Meta ads
  • Scale affiliate programs and creator partnerships
  • Plan and optimize Ads & live streaming performance & traffic
  • Analyze performance, profitability, and incrementality
  • Work closely with ops, creative, and brand teams

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years Experience in Ecommerce Executive / Digital Ads Performance
  • Hands-on experience in
    ads, affiliate, and live streaming
  • Strong analytical & commercial thinking
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills
  • Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and capability to propose innovative growth strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication.
