Role Overview
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for driving traffic, sales, and brand growth across
Shopee and TikTok Shop
. This role owns marketplace strategy, campaign execution, content optimization, and performance tracking to maximize GMV, conversion, and customer acquisition in the fast-paced beauty e-commerce environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management (Shopee & TikTok Shop)
- Own end-to-end operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, stock, and content accuracy.
- Coordinate with supply chain and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Traffic & Sales Growth
- Drive traffic and GMV growth through platform campaigns, flash sales, and mega days.
- Plan and execute Shopee and TikTok Shop promotional calendars (e.g. 9.9, 11.11,
- Optimize conversion through pricing strategy, bundles, vouchers, and GWP mechanics.
TikTok Shop Content & Livestreaming
- Develop TikTok Shop growth strategies via short-form content and livestreaming.
- Collaborate with hosts, creators, and KOLs to drive sales.
- Monitor livestream performance and optimize scripts, offers, and timing.
Performance Marketing & CRM
- Manage paid tools such as Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate programs.
- Optimize ROAS, CAC, and traffic quality.
- Support CRM initiatives including followers growth, repeat purchase, and loyalty.
Merchandising & Content Optimization
- Ensure high-quality PDP content: images, videos, product benefits, and usage routines.
- Optimize store layout, search ranking, and campaign placements.
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, pricing, and promotions.
Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs: traffic, conversion rate, GMV, AOV, ROAS, and retention.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to continuously improve traffic and sales strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, marketing, supply chain, finance, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign opportunities and support.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of e-commerce or marketplace experience, preferably in
beauty, skincare, cosmetics。 - Strong hands-on experience with
Shopee and/or TikTok Shop operations
. - Proven track record of driving traffic and sales growth in marketplaces.
- Familiar with platform tools, ads, affiliates, and livestreaming mechanics.
- Data-driven, analytical, and strong in Excel or BI tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
