Currently we are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Specialist (Tiktok).

This position has the responsibility to manage and optimize sales on TikTok Shop, develop live shopping strategies, analyze promotions, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and performance monitoring.

What would you do:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce Tiktok and Tokopedia platforms
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, customer behavior, tracking the success of promotions and identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Optimize plan for PDP, design and maintain the overall store appearance and decorations on marketplaces to attract customers.
  • Develop, submit, and execute weekly and monthly promotional campaigns across marketplaces especially Tiktok and Tokopedia platforms to increase product visibility and optimize promo plans for upcoming months, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Set and execute promo strategies for Store Campaign, LIVE selling sessions and affiliate marketing campaigns and monitor the results.

What we are looking for:

  • Able to communicate in English, spoken and written.
  • Familiar with marketplace analytics tools, able to derive insights from data to drive improvements.
  • Have experience in operating e-commerce platform Tiktok and develop marketing plan
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset, c
    omfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides),
    able to interpret data and optimize sales strategies
  • Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team environment
