Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    e-commerce growth strategies
    across platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
  • Manage
    daily e-commerce operations
    including product listing, pricing, stock coordination, and order fulfillment.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate
    campaigns, promotions, and key sales events
    (Flash Sale, Payday, Brand Day, etc.).
  • Own and manage
    P&L performance
    , including revenue targets, margins, promo costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze
    sales data, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS
    , and customer behavior to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with
    Marketing, Creative, and Supply Chain teams
    to ensure strong campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Lead and manage the
    e-commerce team
    (admin, operations, customer service), including KPI setting and performance review.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers and external partners when needed.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and platform updates to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    as an E-Commerce Manager, preferably in
    skincare/beauty or consumer retail
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience managing
    Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and/or Lazada
    .
  • Proven experience handling
    P&L, campaigns, and performance optimization
    .
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards and reports.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work
    WFO
    .
