Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct lives for the store on the TikTok platform to demonstrate products and facilitate purchases,
  • Being able to sell on live camera and live streaming minimum of 3 hours - 6 hours in one day.
  • Comb through and finalize live processes,
  • Participate in merchandise selection and content planning. Optimize live content,
  • Receive briefs from the project manager and able to understand the product thoroughly,
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing customers and cultivating viewers stickiness,
  • Explanation and demonstration of products during Livestream,
  • Using different sales pitches and techniques to conduct live selling,
  • Entertaining audiences in the live room, improving user experience and retention,

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an equivalent Diploma / Degree in any discipline and coming from Top University in Indonesia,
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience,
  • Candidates with experience as a host, and streamer are preferred.
  • Willing to work Onsite (in Mega Kuninganm South Jakarta)
  • Have good speaking and selling skills,
  • Passionate in the entertainment industry,
  • Excellent command of English are preferred,
  • Able to work within a team and independently,
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude, proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic team player,
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on Shifting hours.
