Job Descriptions:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure operations team to strengthen capabilities and service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, SAN storage, virtualization, and cloud environments).
  • Ensure operational standards through ITIL processes (incident, problem, event, and change management).
  • Drive automation initiatives and manage monitoring, backup, and other infrastructure tools.
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring SLAs and performance targets are achieved.
  • Act as a technical expert in reviews, projects, and escalations.
  • Support infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and end-of-life replacements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure operations and leading technical teams.
  • Strong skills in managing virtualized environments and HCI (e.g., VMware, XCP-ng).
  • Solid understanding of Linux servers, networks, and SAN storage.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
