Your Role:
As a Business Development Reprensentative, you will:
- Identify and qualify new business prospects through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Maintenance a strong pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process-from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct reguler customer visits to understand operasional needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic planning.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and build key relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer database.
- Consistenly achieve sales targets and key performance indicator (KPIs).
What we're looking for:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pumps or mining support industry.
- Proven success in developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a target-driven enviroment.
- Willing to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan and travel as needed within Indonesia.
- Familirity with Kalimantan market dynamics is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of English.
