They continue to expand aggressively through strategic partnerships and long-term commercial collaborations. This role sits within one of their fastest-growing business units and offers strong earning potential, high visibility, and future career growth opportunities.
Role Purpose
We are representing a global B2B services and property solutions organisation that is rapidly expanding across Indonesia. To support their growth, we are hiring two Partnership Sales Managers — one in Makassar and one in Balikpapan.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in
property sales, commercial leasing, real estate business development
, or
site acquisition
, especially those who have experience working with building owners, developers, and landlords.
You will be responsible for sourcing high-potential buildings, developing strong relationships with property owners, and closing partnership agreements that support network expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Deal Sourcing
- Identify and approach potential partners, such as building owners, landlords, developers, and commercial real estate stakeholders.
- Conduct market scans to identify buildings suitable for conversion or new-build development.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, canvassing, outbound prospecting, and field activities.
- Drive targets by delivering signed partner locations annually.
2. Partnership Sales & Commercial Negotiations
- Present partnership proposals clearly to building owners and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial discussions supported by internal legal and commercial teams.
- Convert interest into signed partnership contracts while ensuring commercial viability.
- Manage the full deal cycle from initial approach to contract signing.
3. Market Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop strong long-term relationships with local property stakeholders.
- Increase visibility of the partnership proposition within Makassar and Balikpapan.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate building potential and propose suitable partnership structures.
4. Field-Based Execution
- Spend significant time in the field touring buildings, meeting potential partners, and assessing asset suitability.
- Effectively manage multiple deal cycles with speed, accuracy, and independence.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong background in
property sales, commercial leasing, real estate business development, franchise expansion, or site acquisition
. - Proven track record of closing meaningful commercial or property-related deals.
- Highly self-driven and proactive, with the ability to generate leads independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen related to property evaluation and deal structuring.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
