Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support business growth.
  • Identify and understand client needs to provide effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the Company's sales and marketing processes to strengthen service quality.
  • Implement, manage, and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective use across the company.
  • Generate client insights and report from CRM data to support sales strategies and decision-making.

General Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the Integrated Management System by ensuring all work processes comply with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Actively participate in efforts to improve competencies relevant to the implementation of the Integrated Management System.
  • Be willing to participate in investigations related to non-compliance, code of ethics violations, workplace accidents, environmental incidents, or any event that may lead to unsafe actions or unsafe conditions — including providing accurate and factual information and reports.
  • Be involved in the information security control processes to safeguard the Company's information assets and processing systems against threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Uphold integrity by adhering to all Company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to risk management processes in accordance with assigned roles, responsibilities, and authority.
  • Participate in business continuity and recovery processes to ensure uninterrupted operations in the event of disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
