About the Role
:

The Senior Traffic & Customs Specialist process in compliance with the approved Standard Operations Procedures, SHE Procedures, and related Star Energy Geothermal Company and Government Policies, Procedures and Regulations, to ensure timely and cost-efficient provision of formalities services for Company operations.

Responsibilities
:

Must maintain close relationships with Users and other stakeholders. Ensure that traffic & customs process is conducted in correct manners, comply with prevailing regulations. Aware of possible conflict of interest in performing the work and immediately report the direct Supervisor on any situation that may lead to such an infringement. Safeguard confidentiality of the results and information related to Traffic & Customs process. Experience in handling Material Management.

  • Ensure that daily Activities are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Procedures, and Safe Working Conditions.
  • Implements systems and procedures required for an effective and efficient Traffic & Customs process.
  • Builds and maintains good relationships with internal departments as well as external parties.
  • Responsible to implement all Company & Government "Rules & Regulations" with regard to SHE Awareness as well as Standard Operational Procedures.
  • Reviews and ensures the accuracy and completeness of reports dan related documentation and process in accordance to related Procedures.
  • Submits standard and specialized reports as required.
  • Performs the required activities as stated in the Good Operations Individual Performance Standards and review the accomplishment with supervisor during annual performance appraisal.

Qualifications
:

  • A bachelor's degree majoring in Economic, Customs, and Logistic is preferred.
  • A combination vocational training or education and or relevant experience is acceptable.
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in similar work and industry.
  • Have PPJK certificate is preferred.
  • Experienced in master list facility for Geothermal business is advantage.
  • Familiar with ENSW system.
