Anugrah Group is looking for an
E-Commerce Specialist
to support and grow our online sales channels. If you have solid e-commerce experience and strong Mandarin skills, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional content
  • Track sales performance, traffic, and campaign results
  • Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners
  • Execute promo strategies to boost sales and visibility
  • Handle orders, inventory updates, and issue escalation
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance and KPI reports

Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations or related roles
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of online marketplace tools & features
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
