Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online sales platforms, set pricing and promotion strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and optimize product listings to enhance customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for maximizing online sales, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and Sales strategy development
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for market trends and online performance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Technical proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms, with knowledge of digital trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
