Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Staff located at PT Victory International, Jakarta Kuningan branch, Jakarta. The responsibilities of this position include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves assisting in resolving client issues in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with other departments as needed to meet client requirements, and maintaining detailed and accurate client records.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in client relations, customer satisfaction, and customer support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
