Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships through CRM systems, developing effective CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and implementing marketing plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Other key responsibilities include collaboration with sales and marketing teams, creating reports on customer metrics, and overseeing end-to-end CRM-related projects to ensure the success of client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and demonstrated ability to build robust client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Sales to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and developing insights to inform strategies.
  • Experience in Project Management to oversee CRM initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and think strategically in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience within the retail or hospitality industry is an advantage.
