Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full implementation lifecycle of data analytics projects, including day-to-day operational support and handling change requests for customer solutions.
  • Lead and manage the project team, fostering collaboration and supporting professional development.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute detailed project work plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Define project scope, implement change control processes, and negotiate change requests with customers regarding effort, schedules, and prioritization based on business needs.
  • Review and prepare project documentation to meet customer requirements and adhere to established standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 – 8 years in IT project management, with at least 3 years leading data-focused projects.
  • Proven experience delivering at least 2 data-focused projects such as data lakes, data warehouses, big data, or analytics/AI.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects using both Agile/Scrum and traditional methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including technical writing for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, DevOps, Jira, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in related fields (Project Management, Agile & Scrum, or Cloud & Technology)
  • Good understanding of the data management principles and cloud technology.
