Job Description

  • Develop And Communicate The Company's Risk Management Strategy In Alignment With The Organization's Overall Goals And Objectives.
  • Collaborate With Executive Leadership To Integrate Risk Management Considerations Into Business Decisions And Planning.
  • Oversee The Assessment Of Credit Risk Across All Products And Services, And Implement Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies.
  • Monitor And Evaluate Portfolio Performance, Identifying Potential Areas Of Concern And Taking Timely Corrective Actions.
  • Develop And Refine Risk Models, Methodologies, And Tools To Enhance Risk Assessment Accuracy.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 20+ years of progressive experience in risk management within the multifinance industry.
  • Strong background in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and collections.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk management in the multifinance sector.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and execute risk management strategies at the executive level.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
