We are a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the national agribusiness sector, committed to strengthening Indonesia's food security and building sustainable growth. We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The Ideal Candidate

  • A visionary financial leader with a strong balance of strategic foresight and operational discipline.
  • Skilled in shaping financial strategies that drive sustainable growth and organizational resilience.
  • Experienced in collaborating with regulators, auditors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Taxation, and Risk Management functions.
  • Partner with other members of the Board of Directors to design and oversee long-term business and financial strategies, including financial models, capital structure, and investment direction aligned with corporate goals.
  • Direct the formulation and control of corporate financial plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, sound forecasting, and performance-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a robust internal control and compliance framework to safeguard assets and ensure transparency in financial governance.
  • Ensure effective treasury management, including liquidity optimization, funding strategy, and investment oversight.
  • Lead tax management and compliance, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and adherence to prevailing regulations.
  • Establish and strengthen the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to enhance business resilience and safeguard enterprise value.
  • Ensure full compliance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and uphold the highest standards of accountability and integrity.
  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Finance team focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management; Master's/MBA is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or FRM are advantageous.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or Board-level role.
  • Proven track record in financial management, treasury, taxation, risk oversight, and corporate financial planning within medium-to-large organizations.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities with demonstrated partnership at Board and stakeholder levels.
  • Upholds the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and nationalism.
