Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the management team.

Marketing Leadership

Strategic Growth and Capital Planning

  • Work with the Board to set growth strategies.
  • Play a key role in raising capital to support expansion.

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization

  • Streamline and optimize company processes.
  • Ensure high operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Channel Development and Partnership Management

  • Develop new sales channels and partnerships.
  • Maximize revenue through key partnerships.

Innovation and Experimentation

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and growth.
  • Encourage creative solutions to drive progress.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Ensure alignment and communication across all departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Experience: At least 10 years in leadership roles within operations, strategy, or corporate management, preferably in gaming or entertainment. Ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming landscape, market trends, and customer behavior. Passion for gaming and its cultural impact.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to balance short-term goals with long-term growth, manage risks, and make decisions under pressure in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional Leadership: Experience leading and developing teams, inspiring others to execute a shared vision.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to optimize revenue, manage growth, and achieve performance targets.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of capital raising, budgeting, and financial forecasting for business growth and profitability.
