I. Job Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategic Planning: Participate in the formulation of project financial strategies, coordinate budget preparation, cost control, fund management, and tax planning to ensure that financial goals are aligned with corporate strategy; familiar with financial matters related to Chinese-funded enterprise investments and Indonesian local financial regulations and tax policies.
  • Financial Accounting and Reporting: Oversee all accounting procedures, prepare consolidated and management reports, conduct financial analysis and risk warning; proficient in cost accounting, resource depletion accrual, and other mining finance professional fields.
  • Cost Control and Analysis: Conduct cost accounting and analysis for production, equipment maintenance, and material procurement, and reduce operating costs by optimizing the cost structure.
  • Funds and Risk Management: Manage cross-border fund flows, formulate exchange rate hedging strategies, optimize capital turnover efficiency, and ensure the safety of the capital chain; monitor the cash flow stability of coal mine projects and prevent capital chain risks.
    • Compliance and Audit: Ensure financial operations comply with Indonesian laws and regulations; open tax accounts; cooperate with audits and tax inspections; establish an internal control system to reduce compliance risks; and handle daily business and tax matters.
  • Team Management: Lead the finance team and manage finance department staff.

II. Job Requirements

  • Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields; holding a recognized Indonesian financial certification.
  • Experience Requirements: in Indonesia, including at least 1 year in the mining or energy industry; overseas work experience is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Indonesian and English; Chinese proficiency is preferred.
  • Skills Requirements: Proficient in financial software; able to independMinimum 5 years of experience in financial managementently manage the group company's finances; possess data analysis and financial modeling capabilities; familiarity with mining production processes and cost control is preferred.
